Boss Lady Spotlight: Allison Hamilton-Rohe
At Armoire, we’re casting a spotlight on some of the notable, powerful boss ladies in our community, and what being a boss lady means to them. Read on to learn all about personal style coach, Allison Hamilton-Rohe.

Who she is:
I’m a Personal Style Coach. I help you translate what makes you amazing on the inside into a personal style you inhabit with ease.
How she’s redefining the boss lady:
I’ve built my company, Daily Outfit, while being the full-time caretaker for my kids — one of whom has special needs. I left corporate because I could not find a space that allowed me to combine both in a healthy way.
I love supporting entrepreneurially-minded women and change-makers who are looking to redefine American work culture.
We need to create ways to cycle in and out of paid work for caretakers of all kinds — and to create a work culture that promotes and encourages the integration of work excellence with the demands of familial responsibilities.
What she wishes she had known 10 years ago:
It’s all going to be fine — even when it isn’t! Challenges are catalysts to growth and if you engage with each roadblock and creatively problem-solve, you will evolve along the way into a happier, more centered person with a happier, calmer family.
