Who she is:
As chief customer officer and a partner at Bridge Partners Consulting, I am focused on the firm’s growth strategy, overseeing sales, marketing, and delivery leadership. Prior to this role, I led practice strategy, defining and bringing to market differentiated services and solutions for Bridge Partners customers.
When I think about my own journey, it’s paved with the core values that I aspire to bring forward everyday – being authentic and fair, being forward focused and inspiring, bringing a positive attitude and building exceptional teams.
How she’s redefining the boss lady:
These elements transcend my personal and professional state-of-mind. When I think about ‘women in leadership’, I focus on ‘leadership’ – gender aside and values focused. My role models and inspiration are wide and varied – similar to my musical tastes – keeps the view fresh!
